Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (minimum 3–5 years’ hands‑on client management in a B2B environment, ideally SaaS) to own the pre and post‑sales customer journey, from onboarding and adoption to expansion and renewal. 

You’ll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of global enterprise and mid‑market accounts, partnering with revenue operations, enablement and sales leadership teams to drive measurable outcomes.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who loves building relationships, simplifying the complex, and orchestrating cross‑functional projects that delight customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the customer lifecycle – lead onboarding, user training, adoption campaigns, QBRs and renewal planning for your book of business.

  • Drive product adoption & value – run tailored platform walkthroughs, surface actionable insights, and align Uhubs features to each customer’s KPIs.

  • Act as the voice of the customer – capture feedback, prioritise issues and partner with Product & Engineering on roadmap inputs.

  • Manage multi‑stakeholder projects – coordinate internal teams, external partners and third‑party providers to deliver seamless deployments.

  • Identify growth opportunities – spot expansion, upsell and cross‑sell potential; collaborate with Sales to progress and close.

  • Maintain clean documentation – own account plans, success plans and health scores in Monday.com, Notion and Google Workspace.
  • Deliver client education – work closely with our Learning & Development Lead (Romania) to roll out enablement programmes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3  years' experience managing B2B client relationships (SaaS or tech‑enabled services preferred).

  • Proven record of meeting retention, NRR and NPS targets across multiple accounts and regions.

  • Exceptional communication skills – articulate speaker, concise writer, confident facilitator of executive‑level discussions.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills; able to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into clear customer actions.

  • Tech‑savvy – fluent with Google Workspace, Notion and platforms (e.g., CRM, Monday.com, Airtable, Jira). Quick to learn new tools and AI fluent (ChatGPT).
  • Growth mindset, data driven, proactive problem‑solver, bias for action.

Nice to Have
Experience in Sales Enablement / RevOps, knowledge of HR is an advantage but not needed, or background in L&D consultancy.

  • 100 % of new customers onboarded within agreed milestones and live within 30 days.

  • Portfolio average ≥ 80 % product engagement rate within 60 days of launch.

  • Delivery of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for every account, on time.

  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR) > 115 % with minimal churn.
  • Pipeline of qualified expansion opportunities handed to Sales each quarter.
