Cosi is Head of Customer Success & Enablement at Uhubs. She spends every day speaking with and looking after Uhubs' client base.

Cosi ensures all clients receive the best experience and helps them find solutions to their current problems. A large part of her time is spent analysing clients' onboarding documents, spotting any development gaps and educating clients on best practices.

She helps leaders ramp up their sales reps through our Uhubs FAST methodology. She also provides enablement support, focused on the ongoing development of individuals. Cosi regularly collaborates with experts in the field to provide both bespoke and on-demand training content.
