Leigh Ashton is an author, speaker, trainer and coach. She helps sales professionals shift their thinking, enabling them to make positive changes in their attitude, approach and sales success.
It was early in her career that, as a new sales manager she became increasingly frustrated by the inconsistent performance of her team. This really inspired her to find out why this happens...and crucially how to fix it. What she discovered was that what goes on inside a person’s head has the biggest impact on whether they achieve success or not.
In 1995 Leigh formed The Sales Consultancy and since then has trained thousands of sales professionals. Her findings remain consistent; even when outwardly confident; people often lack the inner confidence and practical mindset strategies to achieve great results on a consistent basis.
She works with sales teams and sales leaders to identify and eliminate the psychological barriers that get in the way of success. Once these deeper changes have taken place...people are motivated to incorporate positive new behaviours on a long term basis.
Leigh’s mantra is to leave people feeling inspired to step out of their comfort zone and walk the path of continual development and growth.
