Mike James

Mike James is the CEO of WeWhoDo, London's first 100% freelance based consultancy and the Co-Founder of Wintern.

Mike is a former Consultant @ EY where he led Customer Experience improvement programs specialising in Energy and Transport. Mike has worked with a number of FTSE100 and Government organisations around the world, helping them understand their Customer's needs and removing blockers across the customer journey to deliver incredible experiences.

Expert has studied at The Manchester University.
