About the Expert
Chris has worked in sales environments for 18 years, 16 of which he has spent at talent solutions group Harvey Nash. Now a Director Chris started with Harvey Nash as a trainee consultant rising through ranks to running their Birmingham business. By his own admission Chris is fascinated by people and the human condition and for as long as he can remember he has analyzed, perhaps over-analyzed every human interaction he has ever witnessed or been a part of.
One of Chris’s great passions is mental wellbeing. Whilst this has been fueled by his interest in people it was born from his own mental health struggles, and how over time he has learned how to find happiness despite knowing the ‘black dog’ is never too far away. Chris believes that by sharing and socializing personal stories and experiences we can help each other learn a little more about ourselves and ultimately help take the first steps towards wellness.
