About the Expert
Raj is a mentor to a number of organisations and accelerator programs and specialises in the art of negotiation, having been on both sides of the table for multiple startup fundraises, property investments and sales deals.
Raj is a serial entrepreneur who has built a number of businesses in Technology, Real Estate and Recruitment. Raj is currently the CEO of Wintern, a technology company that identifies emerging startup talent and makes it available for Britain’s growing businesses from corporates to startups.
Raj also is an advisor to companies on people strategy- helping founders define and implement strategy for everything from recruiting the right people, building high performing teams and effective people-management.
