Does your L&D have product/employee fit?

We all know the importance of Learning & Development for our children. The question is, does it still important when we grow up? Maybe, there is not a moment to stop L&D.

Does your L&D have product/employee fit?

In the startup world, we talk about product/market fit where product/market fit means being in a good market with a product that can satisfy that market.

But too often the focus is on just the product and not the former the market or audience.

What has this got to do with L&D?

Well, we need to think beyond all the features of learning platforms such as LXP’s, LMS’s.

And think more of what a good market is.

A good learning culture is a good market where:
1. Your senior leaders champion upskilling
2. Create an open environment for innovation/failure
3. Reward employees swiftly for better performance

With the world in a different place now, all L&D and senior leaders should be asking…

Does our L&D really have product/employee fit?
