My teacher used to always tell me off for “daydreaming”

Dreaming is to desire for something very new and essential for your life. It ensures the high level of excitement thus you stay highly focused to accomplish your goals both in your personal and professional life. Therefore, you should be serious for dreaming big and improve the quality of your life.

My teacher used to always tell me off for “daydreaming”

I then realised that this ability for me to go to a new place in my mind and zone-out could actually be used to visualise my own goals.

Take our new bestselling book, I could smell the new book pages as I opened it, I could feel the paper under my fingers as I flicked through it…I even practised signing books with a new signature.

Before it was written.

I visualised it.

Now I know some of you will think, oh my what is this woo woo stuff Ash is speaking about…but let me tell you this, I’ve asked other successful people and they do it too!

Here’s how I visualise my big goals.

1. Really imagine that it already happened- Like truly believe it in your heart and mind.
2. Get vivid- Feel it, the taste, the smell, the sound…whatever brings it to life
3. Start making your own movie, look out for plot twists, check your intentions and know it's going to be a tough journey.
4. Motivate and talk to yourself - manage your inner status

Finally, be aware that you don’t let the dopamine hits you get doing these visualisations mislead you!

It feels good, but you have to put in the long term hard work to reach them.

Try visualising what you want over this weekend and watch the magic unfold.
