⚙ Troubleshooting your account

Sometimes, the tabs may not work and you are given a 'state-mismatch' error. We are currently migrating our platform from an old system to new, more powerful system, and from time to time you may need to refresh your account.

How to refresh your account

  1. Log-out on by clicking on your profile in the top-right corner
  2. Log-out of (Note - you may already be logged-out, in which case you can skip this step)
  3. Log-in on in the top-right corner
  4. Log-in on (Note - you may already be logged-in, in which case you can skip this step)
