Learn essential tips to improve your own Wellbeing whilst pursuing your vision

In this Uhubs session, Madeleine Evans shares the most important steps required for a happy and healthy team. We are all operating in an environment that is experiencing declining wellbeing in the workplace.

Increasing pressure, overwhelming volumes of notifications & content - alongside fundamental mismatches between personal values & one's workplace - are contributing to widespread problems with exhaustion, chronic stress, and poor wellbeing.

If this sounds like something you can empathise with then this session is for you. Madeleine will be sharing practical steps that can be taken both personally and within your company to improve wellbeing and productivity.

All Uhubs members can submit questions they would like answered by Madeleine when registering for the session.
